Model Terms
These terms apply when a user enables Cairn Grove's optional local Gemma model download.
Agreement
By enabling the local model download, the user agrees to these Cairn Grove Model Terms and to the applicable Google Gemma terms and policies for the downloaded model.
Gemma Notice
Gemma is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use.
Use Restrictions
The user must not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or operate Gemma in a manner prohibited by the applicable Gemma Terms of Use or Gemma Prohibited Use Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these terms by reference and are enforceable conditions of using Cairn Grove's local model feature.
Wellness-Only Use
Cairn Grove provides general wellness reflection from local data. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend medication changes, or provide emergency triage. Cairn Grove is not a substitute for professional medical care or emergency services.
Model Availability
The local model is a large download and requires compatible device storage and network access. Cairn Grove verifies the downloaded file before installation. The user may delete the model at any time.
